I named this big guy George! Unfortunately, I found out that my humans didn't like George very much, so he didn't last very long! Then there was George II.
But George II wanted to live in the garage. That was not a good idea! I don't get my pets from the garage anymore! Since those two, I have had many subsequent pet Georges and Georgianas, but they never seem to last very long. So I decided to go for a new pet! His name is Hermie!
My humans found Hermie in the shower one morning!
I tried to tell him that was not a good place to live! I think he's called an earwig (I don't know about you, but I sure don't want him anywhere near my ear!). Hermie is a very calm guy, and he's not too worried about trouble because he has those HUGE pincers! But even those pincers are no match for my humans! Apparently they didn't like Hermie either......or they just didn't want to share their shower with him.
I found Annie one evening, it was dark out and kind of cool, and she was lonely. I figured there was plenty of room for her here. She was kind of chilly, even with all that fuzz on her, and boy could she run fast with all those legs of hers! I'm glad I only have four legs! I think I would get my legs tangled up and fall if I tried to run with 8 legs!
I had another pet, who I named Mickey, but he hides sooo good and scurries so fast I never could get a pic of him! I think he's gone now anyway.....
Then I discovered that my humans had pets of their own!! They call them "ants" and they put treats for them on the bathroom counter (something called Terro), but when they put the treats away, they put them high up on a shelf where I can't reach it!
You'd think they'd share!!
I have since discovered that the best pets are the ones you can keep outside! Like these guys!
oooo.....I hear my humans coming back from their walk! Guess I better go! Can you believe they went on a walk without me?! I think I'm going to go look for another pet! ttyl! love, Lucy
